RSVP on the Partiful, pay the registration fee, get your game face ready. Boom, you're in! If you would like to assist further with planning (thank you!), please contact Gaby.
The registration fee is for the preparation, game equipment and accessories, and for the custom, handprinted t-shirts and/or tanks participants will receive! We will be tracking who has and hasn't paid, so please do so at your earliest convenience.
All the Hooligans, their close mutuals and sponsors, of course! Teams will be comprised of 3-5 people. This is considered adults-only so no kids and no dogs.
Teams will be randomly assigned and decided by the color of the wristband you pull from the bucket, HOWEVER, no one will stop you from trading wristbands with someone else.
This will be an active day, so comfy clothes and shoes. Custom field day t-shirts and tanks will be handed out to all participants that day. We just ask you keep the wristbands on. There will be some games that involve water, so a bathing suit and a change of clothes is also recommended. A full list of games will be released 48hrs before field day so you can better prepare.
Games will include the classics like sack races, tug-of-war, flip cup relay among others. Expect at least 12 different games and activities. There is a form where you can make a suggestion and request a game be added. A full list of games will be released 48hrs before field day.
Yes, adult beverages are allowed. We only ask that you are responsible and mindful that this will be a hot summer day. Anyone who becomes too inebriated will be asked to sit out.
Please bring what you declared on the Partiful questionnaire when RSVP-ing. Water and snacks are always welcomed. Other nice-to-haves are: bug spray, sunscreen, first-aid. If you have folding tables, chairs or any other relevant items, please contact Gaby.
Expect it to be an all day thing, estimating 2pm to sundown (8-ish). Most parks are considered closed at 10pm. If you need more scheduling accommodations day-of, coordinate with Gaby.
